We are seeking an entry level or experienced Materials / Ceramic Engineer to join our Engineering team and play a critical role in support of the development and manufacture of advanced technical ceramic materials and products.

The RF Design Technician is responsible for the development, design, and manufacturing support of microwave passive devices, with a focus on ceramic resonator-based filters. This role involves concept development, design documentation, prototype testing, and successful manufacturing introduction. The technician will provide technical leadership and support across various stages of product development and lifecycle management.

The Technical Operator will assemble ceramic parts and operate cleaning machine to clean the parts. Candidate will also verify that the required part measurements were performed in the data collection database. The candidate will need to follow processes to minimize chips. Candidate may be required to stand for extended periods of time. Candidate must have good communication skills.

The Inspector is responsible for visual and mechanical inspection and quality monitoring of finished ceramic products. Operator must also meet any production standards.

The RF Applications Engineer is responsible for the development, design, and manufacturing support of microwave passive devices, with a focus on isolators and circulators. The engineer will provide technical leadership and support across various stages of product development and lifecycle management.

The Business Development Manager RF Ceramic Components is responsible for business management of existing customer accounts as well as the development of new and inactive accounts within the RF and Microwave components market in North America.

Set up and operation of automatic or semi-automatic centerless grinders, surface grinders, lathes, and lappers as required. Operation of testing or data collection stations used in the production to verify produced parts are within the specifications. May be responsible for actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.

This position involves the set up and operation of presses in the forming process of ceramic component production.

In this role, you will produce custom ceramic powders through a variety of powder processing tasks. Duties include keeping accurate and up-to-date batch records, performing in-process tests, and reading and following written instructions and safety protocols.

An Ingot Operator’s primary duties are to produce custom ceramic ingots through a variety of processing tasks that increase in complexity as experience and process knowledge is gained through mentorship and on the job training.  The operator will interact with supervisory personnel and engineers to ensure that processes are performed in accordance with written and verbal instructions.  Communication of processing parameters, non-standard observations and measurement results are essential for the success of the Ingot Operator and the operation.
