Technical Operator (Machine Operator) multiple shifts available

An Ingot Operator’s primary duties are to produce custom ceramic ingots through a variety of processing tasks that increase in complexity as experience and process knowledge is gained through mentorship and on the job training.  The operator will interact with supervisory personnel and engineers to ensure that processes are performed in accordance with written and verbal instructions.  Communication of processing parameters, non-standard observations and measurement results are essential for the success of the Ingot Operator and the operation.

Equipment Engineering/Maintenance Technician

The technician will perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. This includes dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and assembling equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, or drawings. Will use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Will rebuild manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.  Primary work is to repair and rebuild equipment to support the manufacturing of our ceramic components.
